Moapa Valley Progress
The Moapa Valley Water District Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, January 10 at 4:00 p.m. in the MVWD Overton offices.
The board will consider a resolution authorizing the issuance of general obligation water revenue bonds sold to the state of Nevada.
The board will also hear a presentation of the secondary water study done by Leslie & Associates.
The board will consider a negotiation of an engineering services contract with Bowen, Collins and Associates of Salt Lake City in the amount of $854,753 for the design, permitting, bidding, construction management and construction inspection of the arsenic treatment facilities at Baldwin Srings, Jones Springs and Arrow Canyon water production facilities.
