DUI Second Offense Ends In Arrest
On Friday, February 15, 36 year old Manuel Cortez was arrested and charged with a Misdemanor DUI Second Offense and Driving On Suspended Drivers License. The arrest took place following a routine traffic stop in Logandale. Cortez was believed to be driving under the influence of alcohol at that time. He was subsquently arrested and transported to the Clark County Detention Center. He will appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date.
