Charge(s)- Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors
Defendant pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct. Ordered 180 day suspended sentence in the Clark County Detention Center to be held in abeyance for one year, will serve two weekends in jail, fines and fees totaling $1,132, letter of apology to be printed in newspaper, 40 hours of community service, and attend and complete the Clark County Coroners Visitation Program. Status check scheduled for May calendar.
Defendant: Alberto Morales
Charge(s)- DUI
Defendant scheduled to appear on status check. Had previously been sentenced to serve four weekends in Mesquite Jail. When defendant arrived at the Mesquite Jail for his second weekend he arrived under the influence of alcohol. Due to this incident, the previous order was rescinded. Morales was subsequently placed under arrest in court and order the following: 14 remaining days to be served in the Clark County Detention Center and additional two Alcoholics Anonymous meeting to attend weekly. All other previous orders in effect. Morales was transported to CCDC where he began serving his 14 days.

Charge(s)- Unregistered Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Evading a Police Officer.
Defendant failed to appear in court. A bench warrant was issued with a cash only bail set totaling $3,750.
Defendant: Jose Taizan-Medina
Charge(s)- No Valid Drivers License
Defendant failed to appear in court. A bench warrant was issued with a cash only bail set totaling $2,500.
Defendant: Jesse Smith
Charge(s)- Minor In Consumption of Alcohol
Defendant appeared in court on status check at which time he turned in community service hours which were found to be erroneous. At that time, Judge Waite informed Smith that all 118 hours would be discounted and must be redone in Moapa Valley. Hours must be completed by April status check.
