washed cars, trucks, gators, and suvs from 9:00 a.m. until about 1:00 p.m.

Logandale Chevron provided three bays, the water, and the time at no cost. “We want to express a huge thank you to Logandale Chevron for their generosity as well as the community for their support!” stated Cooper.

The car wash ended up raising a total of $327.22. Cars were washed for $5 and trucks for $7. Some folks made additional donations.

The students took turns washing, drying, holding the sign and taking the money. The signs that were displayed to cars passing by were not your ordinary car wash signs. These students were creative. A couple of signs read “Don’t honk get a wash” and “Your car looks dirty”.

These student worked well together and had a great time. Prom took place this past Saturday, April 19.
