Juvenile Court was held in the Overton Community Center on Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Names of juveniles will only be listed when Felony charges have been filed.. Defendant - Juvenile Charge - Possession of Marijuana. Defendant admitted to one count of Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana. Ordered six months formal probation, counseling, drug counseling, not allowed to get drivers license for one year, no association with negative peers, five day suspended sentence in the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center to be held in abeyance, 100 hours community service, and random UA’s. Status check scheduled for June calendar. Defendant - Juvenile Charge - Defendant appeared in court on status check. Defendant currently on probation for previous charges. During probation defendant was arrested by Tribal Police for various charges. Defendant was also suspended from school for fighting. The defendant was placed under arrest for Violation of Probation and was transported to the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center where he will be held for five days. Defendant is scheduled to appear in Juvenile Court on May calendar. | ||
