Posted May 7, 2008 April 21 Lafe Cole age 47 was cited for Giving False Information to a Police Officer and Failing to have Work Card in Possession. He is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date. Carol Enright age 52 was cited for Failing to have Work Card in Possession and is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date. April 22 A juvenile was cited for Malicious Destruction of Private Property at Moapa Valley High School. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in the Juvenile Court at the Overton Community Center at a later date. Willard Snow age 55 was arrested on a warrant of arrest on two felony charges including Lewdness with a Child under the age of 14 and Battery with Intent to Commit a Crime. He is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date. April 25 Three juveniles were cited for Truancy. They are all scheduled to appear in the Juvenile Court at the Overton Community Center at a later date. April 28 A Juvenile was arrested for Malicious Destruction of Private Property and Minor in Consumption of Alcohol. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in the Juvenile Court at the Overton Community Center at a later date. Vern Johnson age 47 was cited for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Johnson is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date. Cynthia Johnson age 46 was cited for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Johnson is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date. April 29 A Juvenile was arrested for Grand Larceny Auto and Evading A Police Officer. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in the Juvenile Court at the Overton Community Center at a later date. April 30 Robert Cohen age 29 was arrested for DUI Controlled Substance. Cohen will appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date to answer to this charge. May 4 Jose Vivar age 27 was arrested for DUI Alcohol. Vivar was transported to the Clark County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in the Moapa Valley Justice Court at a later date.
