Moapa Valley Progress
The Moapa Town Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, May 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the Marley P. Robinson Community Center.
A zoning request will be made by Larry and Susan Williams to Holdover Vacate and Abandon a portion of right-of-way being Lawson Drive located between Isola Drive and Deakin Way.
In General Business, the Board will hear items regarding changes to school sites proposed through the Riverview plan, an annual update of the Moapa portion of the Northeast Clark County Land Use Plan, Community Pride Funds request from Rotary to recognize the firefighters of the Moapa Valley Fire Protection District, Incorporation, Moapa/Moapa Valley Boundary Line, Fire District tax to fund full-time fire fighters, and a proposed ordinance concerning unexcused absences for Board members.
