Singing to the tune of Hotel California Moapa Valley administrators sang their own version titled Hotel Moapa to teachers and staff members at the annual back to school breakfast Wednesday, August 20.
Administrators gave teachers a good laugh with a chorus: Welcome to the schools of Moapa Valley. Such a learning place. Such a learning place. Plenty of room at the schools of Moapa Valley. Any time of year, you can find us here.

Locals gathered at the Logandale Sports Complex on Saturday, August 23 to celebrate the opening of the new concession stand and restrooms. A just-for-fun Little League game was held at which Commissioner Tom Collins threw out the first pitch.
